My name is Aerith, and I am deeply passionate about understanding the intricate connections between our minds, bodies, and relationships. I believe that by exploring these connections, we can unlock the secrets to leading a positive and fulfilling life.

My journey into the world of health and wellness began with a university degree in Biosciences. This foundation in the biological sciences allowed me to delve into the complexities of human health and physiology. It was during this time that I developed a profound respect for the human body and its incredible resilience and adaptability.

After university, I trained as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), where I had the privilege of providing immediate medical care to those in need. This experience not only honed my skills in health care but also taught me the importance of empathy, compassion, and resilience in the face of adversity.

My curiosity about the human mind led me to work in biopsychology research. Here, I explored the fascinating intersection of biology and psychology, gaining insights into how our physical health impacts our mental state and vice versa.

Currently, I am undergoing training in psychotherapy, a field that I am deeply passionate about. This training is equipping me with the tools to help individuals navigate their mental health challenges and improve their overall wellbeing.

On a personal level, I have a rich background in self-development and psychotherapy. I’ve done a lot of self-work, and I’ve had to overcome significant burdens from my family. These experiences have taught me the power of resilience and the importance of mental health. They have also inspired me to help others on their journey to self-discovery and healing.
